City Secretary Wants Optimal Preparation For Lebaran Betawi Event

Jakarta Secretary (Sekda), Saefullah expects Lebaran Betawi event on July 27-29 in Setu Babakan, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta to be prepared optimally.

Coordination meeting is needed to know each parties duties and authorities

He mentioned, Betawi Consultative Board (Bamus) as the organizer to intensify its coordination with mayor and related SKPDs to succeed this event.

"I want mayor, SKPD, and Bamus to prepare it optimally," he conveyed while giving instructions at Sekda 1 meeting room, Block G Building, City Hall, Wednesday (7/25).

According to him, there are several things that need to be concerned in Lebaran Betawi such as traffic engineering, parking lot procurement, and visitor's safety and comfort.

Betawi Bamus General Secretary, Zamakh Sari stated, his side is routinely conducted coordination meeting with SKPD, mayors in five regions and Seribu Islands Regent for the succession of Lebaran Betawi event.

"Coordination meeting is needed to know each parties duties and authorities," he explained.

In this 11th Lebaran Betawi celebration, his side will provide various Betawi cultural arts and culinary, including Roti Buaya (crocodile bread) as the typical Betawi cake.
